3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the dbk33 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

4. Account Rules

4.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any other person. dbk33 will never contact you by email, live chat, or phone to request your password.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact dbk33 Support immediately at [email protected]. dbk33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

4.2 Account Accuracy

It is your responsibility to keep your Account information up to date, including your contact email address and registered mobile number. Outdated contact information may delay withdrawal processing and account recovery procedures.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your dbk33 Account at any time by contacting our Support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus terms outstanding. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to a completed KYC verification process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, with bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically completed within 2–4 hours during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). dbk33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on dbk33 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If your payment method processes in a different currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by your payment provider and dbk33 bears no responsibility for exchange rate differences.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be used before Real Money funds when placing wagers.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbk33 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering under another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players, exploiting bugs, or using any strategy designed to circumvent the normal operation of games or betting markets.
